Our largest in-house laser featuring a 4000 watt RF resonator. This high-speed flying optics machine can safely handle sheet sizes up to 5'x10'. The 3015 has ability to cut a range of materials from aluminum to stainless steel with precision and accuracy.

Lasers are absolutely the most versatile of all metal fabrication processes because of reduced tooling cost and fast set-up. Some benefits of laser cutting include maximum utilization of the material and a clean burr-free finish. This makes the process more cost effective as most or all machining is done in one step - reducing both finishing time and cost.
Our high-speed hydraulic punch press has the ability to handle a variety of formed and punched parts.
One of 5 in-house press brakes-the Amada allows for quickly processed, precision bends.
Our robotic welding capabilities provide maximum cost savings for high volume welded parts while producing consistently superior welds.
The more conventional form of welding, MIG boasts the ability to weld in any position as well as cost effective methods with minimal stopping and starting. The process keeps post-weld cleaning to a minimum, making it a timely procedure for industrial welding applications.
Although a slower process than MIG welding, TIG welding will produce a a higher quality weld, with fewer distortions and allow for precise control of welding variables (heat). Additionally, in some cases, the weld can be made with or without filler metal - without compromising the integrity of weld.
